This painitng is one of the many scenes we have enjoyed on our road trips through the beautiful hillcountry of Texas. The Bluebonnet is our state flower, but Texas boasts many more varieties of wildflowers. It's about time for another road trip to sketch and take photos to paint later in my studio.
